Dustin Passalalpi

A natural-born artist with the drive to design, Dustin first applied his talents to his family’s construction business. His education in Visual Communications and Construction Management inspired him to blaze a path of his own into the signage and wayfinding industry. From an eager apprentice at a small sign shop in the Sierra Nevada to the sole employee at a medium-sized enterprise, Dustin’s knowledge blossomed, sharply honing his skill set. By his late 20’s, he was managing $500,000 in signage contracts per year and all while multi-tasking design, fabrication and installation duties for both interior and exterior projects. In his 30’s, Dustin expanded his experience by becoming the top Estimator at a full-service sign company, bringing in contracts worth multiple millions of dollars every year. Now, still young and full of enthusiasm, Dustin has found his professional home with an award-winning design team. Offering his expansive expertise to their esteemed enterprise, their mutual respect fosters creative productivity and provides a great project management experience for clients. Working with Dustin provides an appreciable advantage throughout the life of a project as he dedicates his all to every aspect of the process. Choosing Dustin, LUX + CSS as your project professionals is a decision you won’t regret.
