Christine Duval
Christine’s art career as gallery director, art curator and project manager spans more than 25 years beginning at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris and cultural institutions in Europe before moving to California in 1991.
As the former art director and curator at LIMN in San Francisco she created and implemented a robust international exhibition program that, over a decade there, took her often to China in search of new talent and connections. While maintaining the art program for exhibitions, she also provided art consulting services and worked closely with architects and interiors designers. Her past clients include the Millennium Tower and numerous residential and office buildings along the Embarcadero corridor.
Since launching her own practice in 2014, Christine continues to work with emerging and mid-career artists in various mediums with an emphasis on photography and technology. She has curated exhibitions for Art Fairs, SF Design Week, and Currents (New Media Festival) and helped launch several art platforms. Christine is an innovative visionary who feels comfortable at the intersection of lifestyle design, art, and technology. She is passionate about artwork solutions and ideas that make the greatest difference for the clients and organizations she serves and the artists she works with. Her vast network and relationships with local, regional, national and international artists at various career stages enables her to bring the right artists for the right project.
